I am Estelle Martin, an ICF Certified Professional Coach, facilitator, and leadership trainer specializing in leadership development, leadership presence, and organizational transformation.
Throughout my career, I've worked with organizations across Europe and North America, helping leaders navigate complex human challenges—from leadership and communication to collaboration, sales excellence, and organizational change.
Over the years, one truth has become unmistakably clear: Organizations don't transform through processes. They transform through leaders who embody the change they want to create.
That conviction is what inspired the creation of EM Transformation.
Why EM Transformation?
Because I've seen organizations invest heavily in training—with little lasting impact. Because I've seen managers struggle—not for lack of knowledge, but for lack of leadership presence. Because I've seen talented teams disengage when trust, clarity, and alignment were missing.
